Lucie Wigboldus

Lucie Wigboldus has extensive experience in leadership and strategic roles across various organizations. Currently the General Director at Hulphond Nederland since April 2023, Lucie previously served as Director at Nederlandse Brouwers, representing the interests of fourteen major Dutch breweries. Lucie held advisory positions with World Animal Protection Nederland and the Netherlands Institute for Multiparty Democracy. Prior roles include Director and Adjunct-Directeur at VVD, where Lucie was responsible for organizational operations and political engagement. Lucie's background also includes work as a policy officer at the European Parliament and a consultant with FAO, contributing to agricultural and animal welfare initiatives. An academic background includes degrees in Animal Science from Wageningen University and Political Science from Leiden University.
