Kamran Razmdoost

Kamran Razmdoost is an accomplished academic and leader in the field of marketing, currently serving as Dean at Hult International Business School since October 2025. Previously, Razmdoost held multiple roles at ESCP Business School from October 2017 to October 2025, including Professor of Marketing, Director of Executive Education, Dean of ESCP Business School London, and Associate Professor of Marketing. Razmdoost also contributed to UCL as an Honorary Senior Research Fellow and Lecturer in Management from June 2014 to May 2022, where research focused on project-based organizations. Earlier experiences include a PhD researcher at Cranfield University and insights analyst at Flubit Limited, along with a significant role as Project Risk Management Leader at Namvaran Consulting Engineers. Academic credentials include a PhD and MSc from Cranfield School of Management, an MBA from Sharif University of Technology, and a BSc from K. N. Toosi University of Technology.
