Mike Lynch

Mike Lynch, M.A., has a diverse work experience in various educational institutions. Mike'smost recent position is Director of Campus Operations at Hult International Business School starting in 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Regis College where they held multiple roles including Adjunct Faculty Member, Director of the Center for Internships and Career Development, Senior Director of Communication and Content Strategy, and Director of Operations in the Division of Student Affairs and Enrollment. Before Regis College, Mike worked at Babson College as an Area Director and at Roger Williams University as an Assistant Director of Student Programs & Leadership. Mike also held the position of Community Director at Curry College and worked at the University of Connecticut as a SUBOG Advisor, First Year Experience Instructor, and Late Night Program Coordinator. Mike's early career included working as a Residential Experience Director at Franklin Pierce University.

Mike Lynch, M.A. holds a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Higher Education & Student Affairs from the University of Connecticut. Mike obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Management from Bentley University. Mike Lynch received their High School Diploma from Boston College High School. Mike is currently pursuing a Doctor of Education - EdD degree in Higher Education Leadership from Regis College. Additionally, they have certifications in Mental Health First Aid from the National Council for Mental Wellbeing and as a Strong Interest Inventory® Certified Practitioner from The Myers-Briggs Company.
