Rafael Carvalho

Rafael Carvalho is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in enrollment, business development, and sales. Currently serving as Regional Director for South America at Hult International Business School, Rafael leads a team focused on recruiting undergraduate students across several countries in the Southern Cone. Previous roles at Hult include Associate Regional Enrollment Director and Product Head of Enrollment. Rafael's earlier experience includes positions as Sales Analyst at Set2be and Global Partnership Manager at AIESEC, where success was achieved in securing key accounts and driving revenue growth. Rafael holds an MBA from USP - Universidade de São Paulo and a Bachelor's degree in Law from Universidade Católica de Pernambuco.
