Roger Delves

Roger Delves is a prominent academic and consultant in leadership and organizational development, currently serving as a Professor of Practice in Leadership and Associate Dean of Degree Programs at Hult International Business School since July 2009. Delves has held various leadership roles within Hult and its associated institutions, including Associate Dean of Faculty and Dean of Qualifications at Ashridge Executive Education. With extensive experience in teaching and consulting, Delves has delivered programs globally, focusing on authentic leadership and team development.
