Matt has a diverse and extensive background in human resources, with experience in various management roles at multiple companies including Regal Rexnord, Brady Corporation, and Cooper Power Systems. Matt holds a Master of Arts in Industrial Relations from the University of Minnesota and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
