Courtney Desisto Obecny

Courtney DeSisto Obecny has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Courtney is currently the VP of Operations and Growth Marketing at Huma since February 2024. Prior to this, they were the Head of Growth Marketing at Huma from September 2022 to February 2024. Before joining Huma, they worked as the Director of Marketing at Spire Health from March 2020 to September 2022. Courtney also held various positions at EarlySense from 2013 to 2020, including Director of Marketing and Business Partnerships, Product Marketing Manager, Project Manager/Training Development, and Product Application Specialist. Courtney began their career as a Research Volunteer at Joslin Diabetes Hospital in 2007 and also worked as a Part-Time Paid Volunteer at Frederick County Hotline. Courtney gained early experience as a Summer Intern at Insulet Corporation in 2006.

Courtney DeSisto Obecny earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, with a Pre-med focus, from Hood College. Courtney attended the college from 2004 to 2008.
