Nilabh Kajave currently serves as the Product Development Lead Scientist at Humabiologics®, Inc since January 2022. Prior experience includes a role as a Postdoctoral Researcher and Teaching Assistant at the Florida Institute of Technology from May 2018 to December 2021, where responsibilities included lecturing, conducting laboratory experiments, managing equipment, and mentoring students. As a Graduate Research Assistant, Nilabh designed and developed tissue-mimicking scaffolds utilizing 3D printing and characterized their biophysical properties through various testing methods. Educational qualifications include a Doctorate in Chemical Engineering from the Florida Institute of Technology, complemented by a Master's degree and Bachelor's degree, both in the same field.
