Merrick Endejann is an experienced professional in validation and quality systems with a robust background in the biopharmaceutical industry. Currently serving as Associate Director of Validation at Humacyte since April 2023, Merrick has previously held leadership roles, including Director of Global IT Systems at Medicago and Associate Director of Site Validation at Cellectis. With significant experience in operations technology, data integrity, and process validation across various companies, including Catalent Pharma Solutions and Argos Therapeutics, Merrick has successfully managed substantial validation budgets, created comprehensive validation programs, and implemented quality systems that comply with GMP, GLP, and GTP regulations. Merrick's career began with a strong educational foundation in Industrial Engineering from the University of Cincinnati.
