Luke Cao

As a practitioner, Luke was the first batch of anti-SARS frontline and participated in Anti-epidemic work and photojournalists of MSF many times. Luke also worked at Johnson & Johnson for 8 years and eventually rise to the senior executive manager, and was responsible for multiple business lines including generics, specialty, biological and oncology medicines. Later, he started a business in IVD field, served as the deputy general manager of a high-tech company which owns global leading microfluidic technology, and raised more than 4 billion yuan. He built a 140 million yuan business starting from scratch. He was also the first baseball education industry company in the country, and he is the CEO of Youbang Sports and the principal of the Runners Baseball International School. Traveled all over the world, He participated in the "Innovation Management" overseas practice project of the University of the Arts in London, and was a lecturer at the School of Medical Management Education, Renmin University of China.
