Andy Rayl

As CFO of HCC, Andy is responsible for overseeing the overall financial operating performance and strategies of the Company. Prior to his time at HCC, Andy served as the Chief Operating and Chief Financial Officer of Technuity, Inc., and Batteries.com.

Andy graduated from Indiana University with honors and was employed as a Certified Public Accountant by Ernst & Young, LLP through 1995. At Ernst & Young, he specialized in providing auditing and assurance services for emerging stage/growth companies mostly in the software technology channels.

Outside of his professional responsibilities, Andy enjoys fishing, golfing, tennis and spending time with his family.
