Cristina Costa

Cristina Costa, CPCC, CPC, is an experienced certified coach and DEI trainer currently serving at The Academy for Advancing Excellence since August 2023, where the focus is on enhancing leadership and promoting social justice. Cristina also instructs on strategic talent acquisition and employee engagement at the Human Capital Institute and manages career coaching initiatives for Larnell Vickers Enterprises. As the founder of Cristina Costa Coaching, Cristina specializes in empowering BIPOC job seekers in their career transitions. Previous roles include diversity recruiter at Google and director of career programs at Parachute Bridge, along with significant contributions to the professional development of women of color through Women With Purpose. Cristina holds an MBA in Human Resources Development from Northeastern University and a bachelor’s degree in Communications and Marketing from Boston College.
