Waneka Jackson

Waneka Jackson currently serves as the Director of Learning and Development at Empact Work and as a Faculty Member for the Human Capital Institute, where responsibilities include moderating educational webcasts. Waneka is the Founder and Executive Leadership Coach at My Blooming Mind LLC. Previous roles include Director and Manager of Teacher Leadership Development at Teach For America Metro Atlanta, where Waneka played a key role in developing leadership strategies for educators and enhancing professional growth. Earlier experience includes serving as an Educator at Atlanta Public Schools, focusing on creating engaging classroom environments. Waneka holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Argosy University and is pursuing a Master of Science in Psychology at Grand Canyon University.
