Lucian Lee is currently a Strategic Programme Manager at Human Capital Leadership Institute (HCLI) and a Manager at Singapore Leaders Network (SGLN). Prior to this, Lucian was the Head Of Research at Project Access International, Co-Head, and Head of the Singapore Team. Lucian also has experience as a Student Consultant at various organizations such as Cambridge Consulting Network, 180 Degree Consulting, and Cambridge Hub. Lucian holds a Master of Philosophy (MPhil) in Education (Globalisation and International Development) from the University of Cambridge, as well as a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Geography. Additionally, Lucian completed Singapore-Cambridge GCE A and O levels from Catholic Junior College and St Joseph's Institution respectively.
