Lauren Silberstein

Lauren Silberstein has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Lauren began their career as an intern at Partnership with Children in 2013, followed by internships at Nylon Magazine and SOCIALFLY® in 2014 and RBC Capital Markets in 2015. Lauren then worked as an Investment Banking Summer Analyst at Barclays Investment Bank in 2016 and later joined Barclays as an Investment Banking Analyst from 2017 to 2018. Lauren continued their career at KKR & Co. Inc., first as an Analyst from 2018 to 2019 and then as an Associate from 2019 to 2021. In 2021, Silberstein founded a fitness-tech startup before transitioning to a role as Chief of Staff at Palm Tree Crew Holdings from 2022 to 2023. Currently, they are working as a Principal in Fund Strategy & Operations at Human Capital starting in 2023.

Lauren Silberstein attended Cornell University from 2013 to 2016, where they studied Applied Economics and Management. Prior to that, they attended The Frisch School from 2008 to 2012. In addition to their education, they have obtained certifications including Series 63, Series 7, and Series 79 from FINRA.
