Lastly, Nicholas acted as the chief of staff on a $50M provider database overhaul for one of the largest national health insurers. Nicholas also acted as the sole talent resource gatekeeper during a merger between two S&P 500 companies, reducing hiring by 90% across both companies while maintaining a consistent output over two quarters.
