Chelsey Youman

Chelsey Youman is an experienced legal and public policy professional currently serving as Texas State Director and National Legislative Advisor for Human Coalition Action, as well as National Director of Public Policy for Human Coalition since January 2019. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Counsel and Chief of Staff at First Liberty Institute from February 2015 to June 2019, and Associate Attorney at The Harris Firm, P.C. between March 2014 and February 2015. Chelsey's background also features legal positions with the Attorney General of Texas, First Liberty Institute (U.S.), and the U.S. District Court, Northern District of Texas. Chelsey holds a Juris Doctor from SMU Dedman School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Texas A&M University.
