Haley Rilea, MSW, LICSW, has extensive experience in the field of social work and mental health. Currently serving as the Director of Carlton County Services at HDC since December 2018, Rilea also holds roles as Clinical Supervisor, Psychotherapist, and Clinical Director. Previous experience includes positions as a Mental Health Professional at Northwest Counseling and Guidance Clinic and a Clinical Social Work Intern at Essentia Health. Rilea's earlier roles include an AmeriCorps School-Based Mentor, social work internships, and direct support professional work. Rilea earned a Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Minnesota Duluth and a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Winona State University.
