Ananya Roy has over 15 years of experience in the field of human factors and customer experience, currently serving as a Consultant in Innovation & Future Studies and Group Lead at Human Factors International since May 2010. Previously, Ananya held the position of Center of Excellence Lead at Human Factors International from 2007 to 2009 and worked as a Human Factors Specialist at HFI from January 2005 to 2007. In addition to the ongoing role at Human Factors International, Ananya has contributed to the Institute of Customer Experience as a Reliable Adventurer Warrior since 2012. Ananya Roy earned a degree in Film & Video Communication (SLPEP) from the National Institute of Design between 1997 and 2003.
