Ian Pemberton

Ian Pemberton is a seasoned professional in workplace behavior change and ergonomics, currently serving as the Managing Director at Human Focus International since 1992, where expertise is applied to enhance safety, health, and productivity in business environments. Prior roles include Director at Argent Rehabilitation (2005-2012), Project Director at the Health and Safety Executive focusing on Workplace Health Connect (2005-2007), and Project Director for the Department for Work and Pensions' Job Retention & Rehabilitation Pilot in the West Midlands and Kent (2001-2003). Ian’s career commenced as an Ergonomist at CCD Design & Ergonomics Ltd (1987-1992). Education includes a Master's degree in Ergonomics - Human Computer Interface Design from Loughborough University and a BA Hons in Industrial Design Engineering from De Montfort University.
