David Furman

David Furman is an accomplished researcher in the field of aging and immunology, currently serving as an Associate Professor and Director at the Buck Institute for Research on Aging since August 2019. In addition to this role, Furman directs the 1,000 Immunomes Project at Stanford University School of Medicine and is actively involved in various leadership positions including Founder and Chairman of the Scientific Advisory Board at Edifice Health and Founder & Chief Scientific Officer at Cosmica Biosciences. Furman's expertise extends to being a Reverse Aging Science Board Member at Parfums Christian Dior and an Adjunct Investigator at the University of Buenos Aires. With a strong academic background, including a postdoctoral degree in Machine Learning and Aging from Stanford University and a PhD in Medicine - Immunology from the University of Buenos Aires, Furman has also held visiting and principal investigator positions at several prestigious institutions.
