Shaun Bourgeois

Shaun Bourgeois is a Mechanical Design Engineer at Human in Motion Robotics Inc. since November 2018, with a strong background in engineering research and design. Previous experience includes an Engineering Research Student role at Simon Fraser University, where Shaun focused on exoskeletons for motion-capture applications, and multiple Engineering Student positions at Labatt Brewing Co., where contributions ranged from developing empirical models for resource usage to designing custom upgrades. Shaun began professional experience as a Labourer at T.A. Rendek and Associates Ltd., acquiring foundational skills in construction and maintenance. Shaun holds both a Master of Applied Science and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mechatronic Systems Engineering from Simon Fraser University, completed between 2010 and 2018.
