Liz Brackett, QKA, currently serves as a Senior Client Onboarding Specialist and Implementation Manager at Human Interest since February 2022. Prior to this role, Liz accumulated extensive experience at Paychex from November 2013 to February 2022, where responsibilities included serving as a Retirement Services Strategic Accounts Senior Account Manager and a variety of roles focused on support and management of Retirement Services plans. Liz has a strong background in client service, utilizing multiple software systems to address complex client inquiries related to 401(k) and other retirement plans. Earlier experience includes a position as Assistant Store Manager at New York & Company from September 2012 to November 2013. Liz is an alumnus of Monroe Community College.
