Taylor Calleja Balbuena

Taylor Calleja Balbuena, MBA, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in benefits processing and marketing. Currently serving as a Benefits Processing Operations Associate II at Human Interest since June 2021, Taylor has progressed through several roles within the company, building expertise in benefits management. Previous experience includes positions at Infosys as a Bilingual Retirement Plan Associate and at Vanguard as a Retirement Plan Services Representative. Additionally, Taylor has a background in customer service and marketing, having worked as a Customer Service Representative for Aerotek and as a Marketing Specialist at UC Merced's Yablokoff Wallace Dining Center. Taylor also served as Marketing Director for the UC Merced Microfinance Project, contributing to regional economic growth through student-led initiatives.
