Lead Medical assistant at Human Longevity

Benjamin Kim has been in the medical field since 2017, when they began working as a Medical Scribe, Medical Assistant (Front & Back), and Medical Receptionist at San Diego Coastal Endocrinology. During this time, they were competent in various EMRs, a superuser for CERNER onboarding, and a lead and spokesperson for the Telehealth platform. In 2020, they began working as a Lead Medical Assistant at Health Nucleus, where they were tasked with leading a team of 6 Medical Assistants and training/onboarding at new branches. Benjamin was also involved with the CMO, Medical Director, and Operations Director in providing a more effective clinical experience. Benjamin also had prior experience in the medical field, as they worked as a Research Intern at the Salk Institute for Biological Studies from 2014-2017, researching olfaction across species. Additionally, they worked as an Operations Staff Assistant at UCSD Recreation from 2014-2017, managing and overseeing various departments, holding trainings for new student staff, and scheduling and hiring interviews. Benjamin is currently working as a Lead Medical Assistant at Human Longevity, Inc.

Benjamin Kim obtained a Bachelor of Science in Physiology/Neuroscience from UC San Diego in 2017. In February 2019, they obtained a CPR/AED/First Aid certification from Advanced Medical Certification.
