Natalie (Rast) Brill is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in People and Culture consulting. As the Founder of Human Quotient LLC since January 2023, Natalie focuses on the importance of hiring, engagement, and team cohesion for organizational success. As a Founding Member of TroopHR, a national HR network, Natalie empowers People Professionals to enact change within their organizations. Additionally, as an Official Member of the Forbes Human Resources Council, Natalie contributes to industry discussions. Previous roles include Director of People Operations at Stensul, VP and Head of People at Y7 Studio, where a significant expansion of the team occurred, and various HR positions at Warby Parker. Natalie began a career in event production and marketing, managing logistics and communication for fashion events. Natalie holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Tulane University's A.B. Freeman School of Business.
