Katherine Joslin

Katherine "Kathy" Joslin currently serves as a Senior Consultant in the Human Resources Practice at HRMC, specializing in executive search, interim CHRO roles, and HR operations and compliance since 2023. From 1998 to 2023, Katherine held the position of Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Marketing at Bethesda Health Group, Inc., overseeing various HR functions and marketing initiatives. Prior experience includes significant roles at Anheuser-Busch, where Katherine was the Corporate Manager of Human Resources for Busch Entertainment Corporation, managing the HR functions for multiple theme parks. Katherine holds a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from Washington University in St. Louis, a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Rollins College, and completed the Management Development Program at Columbia Business School.
