Mohammad al-Muhaisen

Mohammad Al-Muhaisen is an experienced leader in human resources with a strong track record spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Youth Enablement General Director at the Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF) in Saudi Arabia since April 2019, Mohammad leads pivotal career guidance initiatives aligned with the Vision 2030 framework. Prior to HRDF, Mohammad held senior roles at Al Rajhi Bank, where achievements included the development and implementation of comprehensive HR policies and significant organizational transformations. A master's degree in EMBA from Al-Yamamah University and a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from King Fahd University underpin Mohammad's extensive professional expertise that encompasses recruitment, HR strategy, and operational excellence across multiple industries.
