Nader Shinnawi

Nader Shinnawi, Assoc. CIPD L5 - MBTI, currently serves as the Chief of Training Subsidy Program at the Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF) in Saudi Arabia since February 2022. With a robust background in the training and consulting sector, Nader held various key positions at Ertyad Training & Consulting from January 2008 to December 2022, including Managing Partner, Chief Executive Officer, Chief Sales Marketing Officer, GM of Training Operations, and Technical Sales Manager. Prior to this, Nader gained significant experience at HP, functioning as Production & Planning Manager and Engineering Services Manager between February 2006 and December 2007, and holding roles such as PC Production Plant Coordinator and Kitting Department Manager & Quality Control Coordinator from November 2003 to December 2005. Nader holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals, achieved from 1998 to 2003, and has some coursework from Jordan Applied University College of Hospitality and Tourism Education.
