Zeyad Baselm

Zeyad Baselm currently serves as the Chief Data & Analytics Officer at the Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF) in Saudi Arabia, a position held since December 2021, where responsibilities include developing a data and analytics strategy to align with organizational goals and overseeing data analysis for business growth. Prior to HRDF, Zeyad Baselm was the Data Office General Manager at the Ministry of Finance, where efforts focused on enhancing the data science team's capabilities. Experience also includes leading data science initiatives within a confidential government entity and working as a Data Scientist at Teradata, specializing in analytical solutions and data mining. Zeyad Baselm's earlier career includes a role as a Professional Services Consultant and as a Regional IS Engineer at ABB. Zeyad Baselm holds a Master's degree in Management with a focus on Entrepreneurship from Prince Mohammed Bin Salman College and an Engineering degree in Software Engineering from King Saud University.
