Alexandra Kaye

Alexandra Kaye is a seasoned fundraising professional with extensive experience in major gifts and donor engagement. Currently serving as Senior Major Gifts Officer at the Human Rights Campaign since January 2020, Alexandra has progressed through roles including Major Gifts Officer and Mid-Level Giving Manager within the organization. Prior experience includes working as Associate Director at CCS Fundraising from September 2017 to July 2019 and holding dual roles as Volunteer Coordinator and Water & Sanitation Advisor with the Peace Corps from September 2013 to December 2016. Alexandra holds a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology and Latin American Studies from Dickinson College, earned between 2009 and 2013.
