Amanda Drury

Amanda Drury is an accomplished professional in leadership development and training, currently serving as the Associate Director of Leadership Development at the Human Rights Campaign since December 2018. Prior to this role, Amanda was a Senior Training Manager, Training Specialist, and held several positions at Ipas, including Africa Program Manager and Africa Program Associate, where expertise in project management, budget oversight, and training was demonstrated. Notable achievements include creating training strategies for over 1,500 staff at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, managing project budgets up to $4 million at Ipas, and facilitating comprehensive sexuality education workshops. Amanda holds a Bachelor of Arts in Music with a minor in Business Administration from Baldwin Wallace University and has additional educational experience from the University of Cape Town.
