Carmen Miller

Carmen Miller is a seasoned professional in corporate and foundation relations, currently serving as Senior Director of Foundation Relations at the Human Rights Campaign since December 2015, after previously holding the position of Director of Foundation Relations. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Corporate and Foundation Partnerships at NeighborWorks America from January 2008 to November 2015, and as Corporate Development Officer at UnidosUS from December 2006 to December 2008. Earlier roles include Special Projects Manager at the Office of James V. Kimsey, Corporate Relationship Manager for Latin America and the Iberian Peninsula at CEB (now Gartner), a Spanish Teacher at Fairfax County Public Schools, and an internship at Marymount International School of Rome. Carmen Miller holds a degree from James Madison University.
