Elizabeth Balcom is a seasoned professional in nonprofit leadership and development, currently serving as the Senior Director of Communities & Volunteer Relations at the Human Rights Campaign since January 2023. Previously, Elizabeth held the position of Senior Director of Development at the University of California, San Diego's Rady School of Management, where leadership involved managing a team focused on major gift fundraising and alumni engagement.
