Sergio Lopez

Sergio Lopez has a diverse range of work experience in various organizations. Starting in 2013, they worked as the Director of Latino Programming at Freedom to Marry until September 2015. From November 2015 to April 2019, they served as a Field Manager at The Leadership Conference on Civil and Human Rights. In May 2019, they transitioned to The Education Trust, where they held the position of Senior Associate of National & State Partnerships until January 2023. Since June 2023, Sergio has been working as the Deputy Director of Stakeholder Engagement at the Human Rights Campaign.

Sergio Lopez attended The University of Texas at Austin from 1998 to 2002, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Political Science and Government.
