Chiara-Lou Parriaud is a Legal and Policy Researcher at the Human Rights Foundation, having previously served as a Legal and Policy Intern at the same organization, where contributions included drafting legal submissions to the UN and conducting research for impact litigation projects. A participant in a United Nations OHCHR Expert Consultation, Chiara-Lou engaged with experts on human rights education, specifically focusing on youth, digital technologies, and environmental issues.
