Pavel K.

Pavel K. serves as the Regional Head for Eastern Europe and Central Asia at the Human Rights Foundation, where responsibilities include managing the Belarus Solidarity Fund. Previous experience includes involvement with the BelarUS Freedom Forum as a member, contributing to newsletter articles and congressional outreach, and representing the BAZA New York at a political rally and discussions with U.S. officials. Pavel K. has held various positions, including Administrative Aide at the New York State Assembly and Political Intern roles at the Manhattan Borough President's Office and the California State Assembly. Early experiences include internships at Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty and volunteer work with the Boris Nemtsov Foundation for Freedom and Kulturus. Pavel K. is currently pursuing a Master of International Affairs at Baruch College and has a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from San Francisco State University.
