Bill Frelick

Bill Frelick is the current director of the Refugee and Migrant Rights Division at Human Rights Watch. Bill previously served as the refugee program director at Amnesty International USA from January 2002 to December 2005.

Bill Frelick received their MA from Columbia University and their BA from Oberlin College.
