Caroline T. has extensive experience in program management and fundraising within the non-profit sector, particularly at Human Rights Watch since September 2016, where roles have included Senior Officer to the Deputy Executive Director, Project Manager for Global Strategy Development, and Senior Officer Fundraising. Prior to this, Caroline held positions in sales and marketing at Stadsschouwburg Amsterdam, and as Meeting & Event Manager at Restaurant Neva, where coordination of high-profile corporate events took place. Earlier career highlights include a freelance role as Gallery Manager and PR Assistant in the arts sector, as well as project coordination for the World Expo 2010 at the Dutch Culture Centre. Caroline holds a Bachelor’s degree in Cultural Studies from the University of Amsterdam.
