David Bragg

David Bragg is an accomplished professional in administration and operations management, currently serving as the Director of Administration and Operational Initiatives at Human Rights Watch since June 2008. In this role, David has successfully launched the Administration Division, centralizing global real estate and risk management initiatives, while advising the executive team on business operations. Prior to this, David held various roles including Deputy Director of Administration, where oversight included operations for six offices and a $5 million budget, and Associate Director of Administration, focusing on risk alignment and policy development. Other notable experiences include serving as Managing Director at Building Excellent Schools, a Community Development Advisor with the Peace Corps, and Finance and Operations Director for the Arts Council of Fort Worth. David holds an MBA from Texas McCombs School of Business, an MPA from the University of Texas at Arlington, and a BA in Political Science from the same institution.
