Jason Martineau is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various roles within Human Rights Watch since June 2013, progressing from HR Associate to Senior HR Manager. Prior to this, Jason worked at Monitor Deloitte as a Benefits Assistant, where responsibilities included onboarding new hires, managing benefit vendor relationships, and conducting internal audits. Earlier experience includes a Development Intern position at SpeakEasy Stage Company, where grant applications and fundraising efforts were key tasks, and as a Resident Assistant at Boston College, where program development and resident support were essential. Jason also gained experience in personnel management through an internship with the Office of Governor Deval Patrick of Massachusetts. Jason holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from Boston College.
