Iris Grilho

Iris Grilho is an experienced social work professional currently serving as the McKeesport Collaborative Program Assistant at Human Services Center Corporation since May 2016, focusing on providing care to women dealing with substance abuse and mental health issues. Additionally, Iris has been a Circles Coach at Mon Valley Circles since August 2015, delivering solution-focused case management to promote self-sufficiency and financial independence among clients. Prior experience includes a role as a Behavioral Health Intern at Helping Hands Hawaii, where comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments were conducted for individuals with substance abuse and mental health conditions. Iris holds a Master’s Degree in Social Work from PennWest Edinboro, a BASW in Social Work from PennWest California, and an Associate’s Degree in Substance Abuse Counseling from Leeward Community College.
