Adam Brandt has extensive work experience in the human services field. Adam started their career in 1997 as a CRR Supervisor at Human Services Inc, where they worked until 2001. Adam then joined Keystone Human Services, initially as a Program Director (2001-2005), and later as a Human Resources Consultant (2005-2013). From 2013 to 2015, they served as a Service Director at Keystone Human Services. In 2016, they became the Human Resources Director at Human Services, Inc. Additionally, they worked as an Assistant Track and Field Coach at Henderson High School from 1998 to 2013.

Adam Brandt earned a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice and Corrections from California State University, Stanislaus. Adam attended the university from 1992 to 1997.
