Matthew Schwarm

Matthew Schwarm has a strong background in regulatory compliance, quality assurance, and program management. Matthew started their career at Spectrum Health Systems as a Clinician III, where they assessed and evaluated treatment needs of adults with substance dependency. Matthew also provided case management and aftercare planning, including referrals to further treatment. After that, they joined Eliot Community Human Services as a Shift Supervisor, overseeing the overall running of the shift and supervising staff and residents in a staff secure treatment program. Matthew then moved up to Assistant Program Director, where they continued to contribute to program management. Later, they became a Program Director at the same organization. Following their time at Eliot Community Human Services, Matthew joined Human Services Management Corporation as a Continuous Quality Assurance Coordinator, continuously improving the quality of their services. Matthew was later promoted to Continuous Quality Assurance Manager and then to Director of Continuous Quality Assurance. Recently, they became the Associate Vice President of Regulatory Compliance & Quality Assurance at the same company. Throughout their career, Matthew has demonstrated their dedication to maintaining high-quality standards and compliance with regulations.

Matthew Schwarm obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Fitchburg State University, where they studied from 1998 to 2005. Following this, they pursued a Certificate in Human Service Management at Clark University, attending from 2007 to 2008.
