Yoshiko Kardell

Yoshiko Kardell has been working as a Policy Associate at Human Services Research Institute since 2010. Prior to this, Yoshiko worked as a Planning and Communications Coordinator at Oregon Council on Developmental Disabilities from 2007 to 2010. Yoshiko specializes in managing projects to redesign home and community-based services for people with disabilities, providing technical assistance, and making materials accessible for broad audiences. Yoshiko holds a Master of Social Work from Portland State University and a Bachelor's in Social Work from the University of Nebraska at Omaha.
