Katie Shuter Rompala is a skilled professional with extensive experience in various roles within mental health, fitness, and education sectors. Currently serving as a SUD Case Manager at Human Supports of Idaho since November 2017, Katie has developed a strong background in case management, previously holding the same title at Ascent Behavioral Health Services. Additionally, Katie operates as an independent C-Print Captionist and transcriptionist, demonstrating expertise in real-time captioning and transcription services in educational settings. With a long-standing commitment to youth development, Katie has directed youth camps and instructed dance for the City of Boise since 2007. Katie holds dual Bachelor's Degrees in Dance and Psychology from the University of Idaho, complemented by certifications as a licensed Zumba Fitness instructor.
