Jim Mahoney

Jim Mahoney is an experienced mechanical engineer currently serving as Team Lead at Human Systems Integration, Inc. since May 2025. Previously, from July 2017 to May 2025, Jim held various roles at iRobot, including Principal Product Engineer, where leadership was demonstrated in cross-functional teams for Roomba product development, and Mechanical Engineering Manager, achieving significant cost savings. Jim's career includes key positions at companies such as Solace Therapeutics and Johnson & Johnson MedTech, where expertise in new product development and engineering practices was cultivated. Jim holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Northeastern University.
