Alessandro Digilio

Alessandro Digilio is a Postgraduate Fellow at Human Technopole, focusing on the application and development of computational tools for analyzing methylation profiles in cancer cell lines, aiming to identify genetic vulnerabilities and drug responses associated with aging processes. Previously, Alessandro served as an Undergraduate Intern in the Iorio Group, working on novel computational tools for methylation data analysis in cancer pharmacogenomics. An internship at Università degli Studi del Piemonte Orientale involved developing plasmids and CRISPR/Cas protocols for generating reporter cell lines to enhance screening activities in biomedical research. Alessandro holds a Laurea Magistrale in Molecular Biotechnology and Bioinformatics from Università degli Studi di Milano and a Laurea in Biotecnologie from Università degli Studi del Piemonte Orientale, alongside a High School Diploma from Liceo Scientifico G.B. Vico.
