Jacopo Zasso

Jacopo Zasso is an experienced researcher currently working at Human Technopole since September 2021, focusing on stem cells within the National Facility for Genome Engineering and Disease Modelling (GEDI) and leading the Automated Stem Cells and Organoid Facility. Prior to this role, Jacopo held multiple positions at Università di Trento from February 2014 to July 2021, including postdoctoral researcher and cell technology facility scientist in the Lab of Translational Genomics. Academic qualifications include a PhD in Biology/Biological Sciences from Università di Trento (2014-2018), a Master’s degree in Biotechnology of Drugs from Università degli Studi di Milano (2010-2012), and a Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Biotechnology from Università degli Studi di Milano (2006-2009), along with a scientific high school leaving certificate from ITIS G.Giorgi (2001-2006).
