Manon Defelice

Manon DeFelice is an accomplished entrepreneur and legal professional, serving as the Founder and CEO of Inkwell since 2015, where the mission focuses on modernizing executive search methods to enhance team diversity. As a Founding Equity LP at Acrew Capital, Manon contributes to the Diversify Capital Fund, fostering opportunities for diverse investors in venture capital. In addition, Manon holds positions as an Entrepreneur in Residence at Human Ventures and a Senior Advisor at 25madison, alongside serving as the Northeastern U.S. Regional Area Officer for YPO. Prior professional experience includes leadership as the first Executive Director of The AHA Foundation, addressing critical issues like honor violence and forced marriage, and a role at the New York City Mayor's Office coordinating initiatives against child exploitation. Manon's legal background includes significant roles in various district attorney's offices and consulting experience at Willis Towers Watson.
